The Vibro finishing machine is a bowl type centrifugal finishing machine. The machine bowl is loaded with suitable ceramic/plastic or steel media and the components be processed. The mutual rubbing action takes place inside the chamber due to the gyratory vibrations, Compared to other simpler processes this method completes the deburring process faster. this consists of a bowl or tank shaped unit to hold polishing media (chips or balls), water & other chemical compounds. This unit is mounted on a strong frame. The articles to be polished are vibrated at a suitable amplitude and frequency and roll over each other to achieve suitable deburring, descaling, radiusing, & finishing as required. This machine is far more effective & faster than conventional barrels. Suited for intricate & delicate components. Recommended for jewellery applications. Different sizes available. Vibratory Finishing machine contains a metallic bowl in which media, water and finishing compounds are added. The bowl is mounted on specially designed springs and the above assembly is mounted on sturdy frame. Inside the bowl, a special heavy duty vibratory motors is mounted which has eccentric weights on both the ends of the shaft.The inner portion of bowl of Vibratory Finishing machine is lined Polybutadiene Rubber (PBR) to prevent inside portion of the bowl from wearing out during processing. Hot-casted Polyurethane lining is the best of all due to higher wear resistance and 4 to 5 times longer life compared to rubber lining. The components having oil on surface, like sintered components, synthetic rubber lining is offered.
